The Balanced Scorecard has been one of the most influential strategic management tools developed over the past 30 years. Learn about the strategic fit of the balanced scorecard and the core elements and practices required to successfully implement a scorecard framework within your organization. You will learn how to apply the balanced scorecard to your strategic planning and how to use the framework to map strategy and create alignment between the core drivers of performance in your business. In addition, you will learn how to develop scorecards using KRA’s and KPI’s and how to develop scorecards for different functional units and activities (such as Corporate Social Responsibility) in the organization.
