A Human Resources audit is an objective review of your business’s HR policies, practices, and procedures, with a view to identifying opportunities for improvement and enabling the H-R operations to create value and improve the risk profile of the organization in its industrial relations practices.

You will learn how to conduct and an evaluation of the organization’s operational HR policies, practices and processes with a focus on key HR department delivery areas (e.g., recruitment, employee retention, compensation, employee benefits, performance management, employee relations, training and development). You will also learn how to employ a range of HR performance metrics to quantify and inform analysis of HR systems effectiveness.
