COURSE 3: MAKING THE BUSINESS CASE FOR INNOVATION
Innovation while being essential for business survival, is also risky and ill-planned and poorly managed innovation programs can be ruinous. This course provides managers and decision makes with the knowledge and skills to frame the financial justification for significant innovations and successfully engage and convince stakeholders of their value and viability.
COURSE 4: DEVELOPING AND MARKETING NEW VENTURES
This course will provide you with the skills and knowledge to transform an innovative entrepreneurial opportunity into a venture concept proposal, making the business case for the venture, and launching it as a new (line of) business.
